To run the check you give the practice your name, email, and telephone. We do not run a paystub for a stranger. The estimate itself carries no card charge.

You will photograph or upload a paystub. A paystub can show wages, an address, and a Social Security number. The tool reads figures to produce a labeled range, then discards the image. Do not send a Social Security card. Do not use this form if you are not the person named on the stub.
